Pierre Salati

I am Professor Emeritus at LAPTh and USMB where I have been researching and teaching since 1981. I was trained in Paris. I pioneered theoretical particle astrophysics in France by writing the first PhD thesis on the subject in 1985. Since then, I have been involved in projects related to cosmology, galactic dynamics, dark matter and antimatter cosmic rays. In my youth, I was a postdoctoral fellow at the Miller Institute of UC Berkeley and at the theory division at CERN. My current interests are focused on antimatter nuclei and on primordial black holes dressed by dark matter.
